Venue

The BEAQ State Conference 2026 will be held at the Royal International Convention Centre (RICC), located within the Brisbane Showgrounds precinct at Bowen Hills.

Getting There

The Brisbane Showgrounds precinct is conveniently located just minutes from Brisbane’s CBD and is easily accessible by car, train, taxi and rideshare. 
We strongly encourage the use of public transport from $0.50/ride.

By train:
Bowen Hills Station and Fortitude Valley Station are both within easy reach of the venue.

By car:
Parking is limited due to EKKA logistics, there is limited parking at King St (back of Rydges Hotel), surrounding areas, subject to availability.

By taxi or rideshare:
Drop-off and pick-up access is available near the venue entry points.

Arrival Information

Conference registration will be located within the venue and signage will be in place to assist delegates on arrival.

We recommend allowing extra time for parking, navigating the precinct and collecting your conference materials prior to the start of the day’s program.

Good to Know

• Day 1 includes workshops and masterclasses
• Day 2 includes the main conference program, trade exhibition and networking drinks
• Day 3 includes industry tours departing from the conference venue unless otherwise advised
• Comfortable footwear is recommended, particularly for delegates attending Day 3 tours
